YUJIN VASQUEZ
FOUNDER & GENERAL PARTNER
Yujin is a veteran, former enlisted U.S. Coast Guardsman, IT Professional by trade, and working in IT Service Management over the past few years. He hails from Boston, Massachusetts, where he eventually departed the U.S. to work outside the continental U.S. supporting the U.S. Department of Defense in the Middle East. He has had assignments in Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan and now resides in Qatar.

Beginning his real estate investing journey in 2016, he worked diligently and tirelessly, slowly building his real estate empire. He was eventually able to amass a portfolio of five properties spanning four states totaling $1.6MM by 2021. He realized the inefficiencies of purchasing single-family homes and residential properties during his journey. This discovery eventually led him to find multi-family investing in commercial real estate. He currently is an investor in 378 units as a limited partner.

Having been an overseas real estate investor since 2016, Yujin understands the pains and tribulations for out-of-country investors wanting to invest in real estate. He decided to establish a company that would bridge his passion for real estate and helps others grow their wealth through investing.

JUSTIN SCOTT
CO-FOUNDER & GENERAL PARTNER
Justin is a former U.S. Army Military Officer veteran. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He now works as an IT Professional by trade, for over the past few years. He hails from Atlanta, Georgia where he eventually departed the U.S. to work outside the continental U.S. supporting the U.S. Department of Defense in the Middle East. He has had assignments in Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Germany, Jordan and now resides in Qatar.
Justin’s real estate professional desires nothing less than the best for himself and clients. He works relentlessly to make buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate simple. Justin began his real estate investing journey in 2013 where he was eventually able to amass a portfolio of seven properties spanning three states and two countries totaling $1.1MM by 2022.

As a real estate investor, Justin is known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients, his success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice
